Job Description

We are recruiting for a Vice President of Operations for a rapidly growing behavioral health organization. Our client has a strong mission and offers a flexible work environment. The VP of operations will be accountable for overall business strategy, operating performance, and growth initiatives. This is a hybrid role that requires 30% travel. Salary range: $200k-$260k plus bonus.
 
The qualified candidate will have experience supporting multi-site field service locations within an operations leadership capacity. The VP of Operations will be expected to drive a culture that values consistent results achievement, profitable growth, innovation, excellent customer service, operational excellence, open communication, teamwork, employee development, and continuous improvement.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for the operational oversight, P&L management, and people operations optimization.
  • Manage newly acquired business as the incumbent operator transitions away from the business.
  • Work in close collaboration with M&A team and the functional departments (Accounting, Finance, IT, HR, Programs, Compliance, Learning & Development) to onboard the operations of the newly acquired company and successfully integrate systems, processes, and personnel.
  • Manage P&L to achieve revenue and expense goals.
  • Facilitate meetings to communicate integration timeline and expectations to new partners to increase staff adoption and usage of new processes. 
  • Work collaboratively with Executives and departments to ensure alignment and consistency of operations across the organization.
  • Provide leadership, support, guidance, and direction to employees.
  • Direct and lead staff in making decisions to meet annual financial targets for budgetary growth.
  • Be an inspiring leader and unifying force for employees. Build a clear coherent culture across the business that ensures accountability and proactive behaviors.


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 7-10 years of experience supporting behavioral health including counseling, speech therapy and other services pertaining to youth.
  • Four-year degree required; master s degree preferred.
  • Ability to support multiple field services locations. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong rapport with leaders. 
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
