Job Description

Pacific Staffing is partnering with our highly respected Sacramento based client to identify a highly organized and service-oriented Training Coordinator to support learning operations, training logistics, and employee development initiatives. The Training Coordinator will play a key role in supporting training delivery, managing learner records, and ensuring efficient, high-quality execution of organizational development programs.


This role is ideal for a detail-driven administrative professional who excels at training, event or conference coordination, communication, and maintaining smooth program workflows.

  • Six-month contract.
  • Hybrid (3-4 days in office)
  • Pay:$33.00 per hour


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate LMS administration including course setup, enrollments, learner support, and routine maintenance.
  • Manage end-to-end training logistics: scheduling, registration, rosters, completion tracking, reporting, and communications.
  • Serve as the primary contact for training inquiries; resolve routine issues and escalate as needed.
  • Generate and maintain training reports, records, dashboards, and data extracts.
  • Support classroom and event logistics including room setup, materials, catering, technology checks, and day-of coordination.
  • Coordinate vendor and financial activities such as purchase requests, invoice processing, budget tracking, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate program records and support continuous improvement of training operations.
  • Provide administrative support for learning platforms, user accounts, content updates, and onboarding.
  • Support business continuity documentation, procedures, and operational guidelines.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience in administrative support, training coordination, event planning, or learning operations.
  • Knowledge of LMS platforms and training administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and troubleshoot routine issues.
  • Adaptability to new technologies, processes, and changing business needs.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
