Job Description

Pacific Staffing is recruiting an enthusiastic Technology Client Support to join a leading Education Advocacy organization in the Sacramento area.  The Technology Client Support will deliver customized training, address member inquiries, promote and market technology solutions, and represent the organization at events. This position is Direct Hire, with a Hybrid schedule. Pay: $24/hr. - $25/hr., DOE. 


The ideal candidate for this position will have 3+ years’ providing B2B client tech support, problem solving, troubleshooting, and upgrades. The candidate should be adaptable to learning new software applications and delivering virtual and onsite training sessions.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide advanced-level administrative, analytical, and customer support for technology programs.
  • Deliver customized training for specific technology programs/services through various means, including in person, telephone, email, and webcasts.
  • Offer technical and non-technical support to members and association staff, ensuring a positive experience and providing critical thinking-based solutions.
  • Manage program and product booths at trade shows, conferences, and other events.
  • Promote and provide support for proprietary software products, programs, and services to existing clients.
  • Create and deliver presentations to boards and groups promoting technology, programs, and services.
  • Assist with researching, formatting, and customizing content for program-specific materials.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records, schedules, reports, and databases.
  • Collaborate on special projects related to assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Travel throughout California, as needed.
  • Work occasional overtime, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays for after-hours activities.


SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: 

  • 3+ years’ providing B2B client tech support, problem solving, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
  • 3+ years’ experience conducting professional presentations and project management.
  • The candidate should be adaptable to learning new software applications and delivering virtual and onsite training sessions.
  • Proficiency in computer applications including word processing, web design, database, and spreadsheet applications.
  • Possession of a valid California Driver's license or ability to obtain one.
