Technical Support Analyst - Level 1
Primary Responsibilities: Provide customer support in accordance with the company's values and brand. Effective communication with customers, staff and subcontractors. Maintain integrity of ticketing system. Working in accordance with corporate policies and processes. Complete receiving and shipping duties daily. Assist Inventory Coordinator with bin counts, monthly, andquarterly counts. Other duties as required by manager.
Skills & Qualifications: 1-3 years Technical support or Technology work experience or Technology or Engineering Internship. BA or BSc degree in a Technical or Engineering degree preferred. Knowledge of databases and SQL is a plus. Familiarity with IT support principles suchas ITIL. Basic knowledge of networking methodologies. Advanced in MS Office suite. Material Handling of Hardware inventory desirable. Ability to work with minimal supervision or guidance required.
