We are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a multi-entity organization based in the Rocklin area. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for strategically attracting, sourcing and assessing top talent for all levels of positions. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers and the Human Resources Manager to ensure alignment with workforce requirements and organizational objectives. 100% Onsite. Salary: $75,000-$85,000 DOE.
The qualified candidate will have 2-4 years of experience as a full cycle recruiter in a corporate environment and UKG experience is a plus.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the hiring process from start to finish.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide hiring managers with comprehensive evaluations and recommendations for top candidates.
- Execute recruiting initiatives for all levels of position.
- Provide interview guidance and questions to hiring managers.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruiting, with a focus on leadership and technical roles in construction, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Excellent knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring candidates for senior-level positions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
