Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description
We are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a rapidly growing and strong missioned organization. The Talent Acquisition specialist will be responsible for sourcing and placing non-exempt and entry level positions. This is a contract opportunity to assist with peak season and a great foot in the door opportunity! Pay: $25-$30/hour DOE
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of high volume full cycle recruitment experience and working knowledge of Indeed for candidate sourcing,
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Complete 10+ scheduled interviews daily and send out 12 offer letters weekly for the pediatric and education departments.

Work closely with the Director of Talent and leadership team to develop talent attraction and acquisition strategy and action plans aligned for the company.

Provide administrate support.

Follow the Talent Acquisition team processes and procedures, update and create new guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) as needed and ensure consistency with EEOC guidelines.

Responsible for entering employee changes into Clear Company and ADP Workforce.

Provide accurate and timely recruitment reporting in our ATS/HRIS system.

Responsible for communicating pay and status changes to employees. Answer general questions regarding employment policies and benefits, maintain electronic files, I-9’s and other HR related documents to ensure compliance.

Use Facebook, LinkedIn, local organizations, Zip Recruiter, and other job boards to source candidates available for work.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

1-2 years of progressive experience successfully achieving talent acquisition hiring objectives.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

Must be able to handle employee-sensitive and business information with utmost confidentiality.

Experience with applicant tracking, recruitment reporting, and HRIS systems.

Superior attention to detail, takes initiative, and is a self-starter.

Exceptional communication skills.

Must be able to clear background check.
