Job Description

We are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Manager for a manufacturing company located in Sacramento. This role is responsible for developing, managing, communicating and/or facilitating the execution of various Talent Management initiatives such as Performance Management, Succession Planning and Functional Competency Analysis. 

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of related HR experience managing teams and proven success in both driving and delivering results while designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies. Salary: $85k-$105k DOE.

  • Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners to understand business and functional needs.
  • Identify, develop, and implement talent acquisition tools, technology, programs and processes and processes ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
  • Add, track, and measure the effectiveness of the Talent Development programs, systems, tools, and procedures review and make recommendations for continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Execute Performance Management processes across the organization. 
  • Support the creation and rollout of core & functional competency models.
  • Partner with the leaders of the Human Resources team to help identify solutions to leadership and organizational development issues.
  • Collaborate with the HRBP in the design and implementation of value-added training programs to drive key organizational initiatives surrounding leadership development and career frameworks.
  • Develop, monitor, and evaluate training curriculum as needed.
  • Work on special projects as needed.

  • Bachelor s degree in human resources management, organizational development, business administration or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources/Organizational Development function, preferably in a complex, multi-site organization.
  • Must be able to be successful in a matrix structure and be effective at building consensus and collaboration.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning styles, group dynamics, interactive learning methods and leadership coaching.
  • Articulate and persuasive communicator, both written and oral.
  • Exceptional attention to detail a must.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to analyze and track performance data and program performance.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Exceptional computer skills in the MS Office Suite and HR software.
