We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to support the stability, security, and performance of client’s technology infrastructure. - Pay $50-$62/hr.
- Fully onsite in Sacramento- 3 months to 6-month contract.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor system alerts and performance indicators, documenting actions and ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Manage support requests and email inquiries, troubleshooting common technical problems and maintaining clear documentation.
- Perform routine system maintenance, including hardware/software installation, configuration, and updates across server and communication environments.
- Administer core Microsoft and identity services, ensuring reliable access, secure authentication, and proper system configuration.
- Maintain and support security tools, network infrastructure, and related technologies to ensure stable and secure operations.
- Support leadership with reporting, data collection, and risk-related activities, contributing to ongoing security and operational improvements.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Holds a high school diploma or equivalent, with additional technical education preferred; may also qualify through an associate’s degree and five years of IT Systems Administrator experience.
- Possesses strong experience with core infrastructure technologies—including DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft cloud services—with additional exposure to security, networking, and systems management tools considered a plus.
- Demonstrates strong technical aptitude across PC, server, and network environments, with a commitment to continuous learning and skill development.
