Pacific Staffing is partnering with our Woodland CA based client to identify a Staff Accountant to support core accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys hands-on work across AP/AR, reconciliations, and Jornal Entries. This is a 3 month contract role.

Responsibilities:
- Support daily accounting operations including AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
- Assist withjournal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and review invoices, expense reports, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience, including general ledger and reconciliation work.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems; ERP experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
