We are recruiting for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join a professional services organization in Sacramento. The Senior HRBP is responsible for leading and implementing HR initiatives that align with the company’s long-term strategic goals and support a high performing work culture. Salary: $120,000-$145,000 DOE.
The qualified candidate will have a minimum of five progressive years’ experience in human resources including employee relations, change management, compensation, organizational development, and performance development.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as a senior strategic consultant to executive leadership. Collaborate to design and implement forward-thinking HR initiatives that drive business success.
Provide expert consultation on organizational development to ensure sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Develop and execute robust talent management strategies, including succession planning, workforce planning, and leadership development.
Utilize advanced HR analytics to identify trends, forecast workforce needs, and provide data-driven insights to executive leadership.
Drive a high-performance culture by implementing processes that enhance accountability, productivity, and leadership effectiveness.
Manage complex employee relations issues and investigations.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and regulatory requirements.
Lead efforts to enhance employee engagement and morale.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years progressive responsibility in human resources is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
HR Certification is a plus.
Strong professionalism and exceptional stakeholder management skills to partner with all levels of employees.
Good understanding of employment law and clear judgment on when to escalate matters.
Ability to form strategic partnerships with senior leadership.
Strong knowledge of laws, rules, regulations, case law, principles, and practices related to employee conduct, performance, and dispute resolution.
Demonstrated solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business.
Solid project management and change management experience.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively analyze data and provide recommendations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Must possess discretion and a strong sense of confidentiality.
