We are recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst to join a rapidly growing manufacturing company in the Roseville area. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating financial models, forecasting and providing insights to support strategic decision-making within the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and advance in MS Excel and NetSuite. The position will report to and work closely with the CFO and other functions within the company.  Manufacturing or Construction industry experience a plus.

The salary for this role is $110k-$130k

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to management.
• Develop financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Prepare financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators.
• Develop robust, multi-variate operational and financial forecast models to support business leaders and finance team with trends, key business drivers, and financial results to assist in operational decisions.
• Support the preparation of financial presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Present actionable recommendations / insights using a data driven approach.
• Build positive relationships with senior leaders to develop budgets, work through forecast changes, department reporting and be the financial point of reference.
• Support Finance and accounting as needed for month-end close, monthly operational reviews, and other analysis or reporting requirements.
• Provide financial and strategic decision support to management to ensure the achievement of short- and long-term financial goals.
• Assist management in understanding business dynamics which includes productivity, relationships, modeling, trends, leading indicators, and business statistics.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in FP&A, accounting, or corporate finance.
• Advance level user in MS Excel and NetSuite systems.
• Experienced in developing and presenting financial models and financial forecasts to a variety of audiences.
• Strong analytical skills. This includes the ability to create financial models and an interest in conducting deep dive analysis to better understand key business drivers.
• Prior experience in Manufacturing or Construction a plus.
