We are recruiting for a Senior Director of Human Resources who will drive the human capital strategy to support business objectives and organizational development. This role requires a strategic HR leader excited by business partnering, fostering collaboration, innovation, and employee development. The Director will align the human resources function with organizational goals, develop and implement HR strategies, attract top talent, and enhance employee engagement.
Salary Range: $150,000 - $170,000 based on experience, + bonus and benefits.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and empower the HR team to deliver agile, high-impact support across the employee lifecycle, enhancing overall HR effectiveness.
- Partner with the leadership team align HR strategies with overarching business objectives, driving organizational success.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to department heads, fostering proactive collaborations to address challenges and seize growth opportunities.
- Identify training needs, deploy impactful development programs, and evaluate their effectiveness in driving individual and organizational success.
- Implement measurable programs and policies that promote diversity, ensure equity, and foster an inclusive workplace.
- Stay current with legal and regulatory developments to ensure compliance and mitigate organizational risk.
- Develop and apply HR risk management strategies that uphold ethical practices and support compliant, responsible business operations.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven track record as a strategic HR leader with demonstrated success in aligning HR initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
- Experienced in leading and motivating high-performing HR teams to drive results and support company growth.
- Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
