Pacific Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Senior Accounting Manager to join an established real estate development company in Roseville. The Accounting Manager will be a key member of the senior finance team to assist with process improvements, deliver quality financial reporting, interact with executives, and board members.  Pay range: $145,000-$155,000 DOE.  #onsite #directhire

The ideal candidate has strong public accounting and audit experience with CPA, GAAP knowledge, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Commercial Real Estate industry experience a plus.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Manage month-end close and preparation of monthly financial statements and reporting for multiple entities.

• Maintain accurate accounting records to manage a successful and timely year-end close and GAAP financial statements.

• Oversee assigned company entities; monitoring activity, business purposes and mechanics, transactions, and communicate with partners, stakeholders and vendors as needed.

• Effectively communicate with senior finance members on a variety of issues.

• Perform a variety of accounting and finance duties including reconciliations, journal entries, financial analysis, and budgeting.

• Assist with annual budget preparation and forecasting.

• Assist in developing and implementing internal controls and procedures.

• Train, mentor and develop finance and accounting team members.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years’ experience in leading finance and accounting for multiple-entity company. 

• Commercial Real Estate industry experience preferred.

• CPA with Public Acounting experience. 

• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of GAAP standards.

• Advance MS Excel, PowerBi and Sage 300 (Timberline) experience preferred. 

• Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

• Effective interpersonal communications and ability to maintain professional working relationships with staff and leadership.
