Responsibilities: Evaluate the nutritional status of patients by reviewing case history and records, and conducting a thorough assessment. Create a dietary plan suitable to currenthealth state and/or recommend the ideal nutritional program. Provide quality counseling to the patient/family members. Prepare accurate documentation of progress notes, charts, referrals and communicate reports to supervisorsand other team members. Consistently update patient progress; gather and analyze information precisely and skillfully. Perform all other duties assigned.
Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years of Nutritionist/Dietitian experience. Licensed as a Registered Dietitian. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Excellent interpersonal, time management, problem-solving and self-initiation skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
