Are you a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) looking to work strategically with a nationally recognized organization known for its strong brand? We are currently recruiting a Regional HRBP for a successful and profitable industry leader. Our client offers competitive compensation, abundant growth opportunities, and a people-first work environment. This is a remote position with 30% travel (mostly driving) within the Sacramento, Butte, Sutter, Yolo, and San Joaquin counties. As the Regional HRBP, you will collaborate closely with the leadership team, reporting directly to the VP of Human Resources. This role involves strategic planning, talent management, and fostering employee engagement across the organization. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to be mentored for succession, ensuring your continued professional development. Salary: $130,000-$150,000 + bonus. 


The ideal candidate will be a strategic problem solving hands on leader with extensive experience in talent management and employee engagement to ensure successful deployment of human resources processes and programs.  


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Evaluate and enhance organizational culture and employee engagement through proactive solutions.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies and processes related to compensation, talent management, performance, and acquisition.
  • Drive initiatives focused on organizational development, talent progression, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
  • Contribute to long-term workforce planning and talent retention strategies.
  • Utilize HR metrics to guide decision-making and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Identify and develop high-potential employees for future leadership roles, ensuring a pipeline of talent to drive business growth and success.
  • Provide guidance and education to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Support change management initiatives and lead annual HR programs.
  • Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and retention efforts.
  • A true hands-on approach to monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
  • Manage annual programs such as merit and bonus planning and performance management.


SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Workday is advantageous.
  • Expertise in talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust and influence decision-making in diverse environments.
  • Business acumen with a focus on maintaining a competitive edge through talent strategies.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
  • Solution and results-oriented approach with strong organizational and time management skills.
