Pacific Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to join a professional services organization in Sacramento. This is a direct hire opportunity to work with a dynamic and collaborative HR team. Our client offers a hybrid work schedule (2 days remote, 3 days onsite) after the training and probation period as well as a comprehensive benefits package and parking. The Recruiting Coordinator will manage full cycle recruitment through sourcing and screening candidates for the company s open positions. Salary: $55k-$60k DOE.


The  ideal candidate will have solid experience with sourcing, recruitment coordination and general knowledge of employment laws. 


RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Consult with hiring managers to identify position requirements and expectations.
  • Draft job postings, evaluate resumes, schedule and conduct interviews.
  • Source candidates by using databases and social media platforms.
  • Draft offer letters and track completion of conditions of employment (e.G., reference, background, and conflict checks).
  • Manage applicant tracking system and develop understanding of hiring metrics including time to fill, source to hire, etc.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiters and school career centers.
  • Assist with the coordination of on campus interviews and summer internship programs.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to expand the company s online presence on various social media platforms and industry specific job boards.
  • Stay up to date with current recruiting methods.
  • Provide support to HR team and perform other duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of three years of experience in coordinating recruitment efforts in a professional services industry.
  • Bachelor s degree highly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of HR policies and best practices including basic understanding of state and federal employment laws.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Highly organized, efficient, and detail oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experienced with HR databases, ATS, and candidate management systems.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (e.G., LinkedIn).
  • Ability to effectively interact and communicate with all employee levels of the organization.
