Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs. Screen resumes, interviewcandidates, administer appropriate assessments and deliver employment offers. Create and manage job advertisements and requisitions. Manage the job offer including negotiation and administration, through onboarding. Manage activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Requirements: 2+ years' full cycle recruiting experience. Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with ATS systems, common recruitment applications, online programs, and tools. Excellent negotiation skills.
