We are seeking multiple Recruiters with behavioral health experience to join the Human Resources department of a rapidly growing organization in South Sacramento. The Recruiter will be based at the HQ office and will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of hourly positions. This is a long-term contract role with the potential to be hired on with the company for top performers. Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
Pay: $30-$33/hour DOE.
The qualified candidate will have 2 years’ experience with high volume, full cycle recruiting, strong technical ability to navigate HRIS systems, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source for qualified candidates. Use creative networks and recruiting tools to find the best candidates and ensure effective candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with the Director of Talent and leadership team to develop talent attraction and acquisition strategy and action plans aligned for the company.
- Determine and maintain social media presence and job advertising needs and is responsible for keeping the company visible in the market.
- Provide accurate and timely recruitment reporting in ATS/HRIS system.
- Use LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, local organizations, Zip Recruiter, and other job boards to source candidates.
- Work in partnership with hiring managers to reduce early churn and use feedback/data to improve the selection process.
- Follow the Talent Acquisition team processes and procedures, update and create new guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) as needed and ensure consistency with EEOC guidelines.
- Maintain records on recruiting activities as required.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required.
- Minimum of 2+ years of progressive experience successfully achieving talent acquisition hiring objectives through successful sourcing and full-cycle recruiting.
- Must be able to handle employee-sensitive and business information with utmost confidentiality.
- Experience with applicant tracking, recruitment reporting, and HRIS systems.
- Superior attention to detail, takes initiative, and is a self-starter.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use good judgement and make sound decisions.
