A dynamic Project Manager is needed for a thriving technology company in hyper growth mode with headquarters in the Greater Sacramento area. The Project Manager is a vital role as this position monitors the development of each project and works directly with top leaders in strategic planning. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, experience developing operational system work-flows, and PMP certification. This is a full time direct hire position with a rapidly growing company and a great opportunity to make an impact and own your role.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Create detailed project plans and coordinatewith internal stakeholders to monitor action item progress, create schedules and deadlines to ensure desired deliverables. Obtain request proposals, draft budgets and work with Executive Leadership to finalize all project budgets, adjusting it as needed based on financial analysis. Track project and individual performance, specificallyto analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term organizational goals. Develop operational systems, processes, and policies to support management reporting needs, information flow, and organizational planning. Conduct post project analysis to identify both successful and unsuccessful project elements to ensure continuous feedback and process improvement. Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS: 5 years minimum experience as a Project Manager. Bachelor's degree highly desired. PMP certification required. Strong technical and interpersonal skills. Superb written and communication skills. High level of attention to accuracy and detail. Must also be willing to shift gears and priorities as needed and be comfortable with workload shifting to meet the needs of the company.
