Responsibilities: Provide administrative/clerical support for the Managers. Manage sales orders. Coordinate schedules/calendars/meetings etc. Communicate with sub-contractors, warehouse managers to ensure timely delivery of customer product. Manage warranty/service requests from customers. Create product spec. Book and warranty manuals.
Requirements: 2 years' experience in an administrative role, with previous projectsupport experience. High School Diploma required; college degree preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong customer service orientation. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Highly proficient with Microsoft Office. Able to problem solve and use good judgement.
