The qualified candidate is an excellent operational and people leader with a strong technology/e-commerce background with the ability to manage supply chain logistics. This position will need to be present at the company worksite in the Folsom area at least 50-55 hours per week. Salary: $240k-280k DOE, plus a generous bonus.

What would be expected of you:
- Create and execute a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with the company's long-term goals
- Develop and communicate the company's vision and mission to inspire and guide the team
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes across all sales channels (retail, ecommerce, marketplaces)
- Implement best practices to optimize supply chain, inventory management, and customer service
- Drive revenue growth and profitability while managing budgets and financial performance
- Monitor financial metrics and KPIs to make data-driven decisions and adjustments as needed
- Foster a customer-centric culture throughout the organization, emphasizing the importance of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Stay abreast of industry trends and customer preferences to adapt and innovate accordingly
- Attract, mentor, and retain top talent by providing leadership, support, and professional development opportunities
- Build and lead a high-performing executive team to execute the company's strategy
- Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, including potential market expansions, partnerships, and acquisitions
- Develop market entry strategies to capture new customer segments and increase market share
- Work with product development team to develop new products and offerings for the market
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute branding and marketing strategies that enhance the company's visibility and reputation

Education and experience needed for this role:
- Bachelor's or MBA degree in business, management, or a related field preferred
- Proven track record of executive leadership with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role
