A long standing company in the Roseville area is currently seeking a reliable Payroll Specialist with ADP experience to join their accounting team. The Payroll Specialist will process payroll for 100+ employees on a weekly basis. The ideal candidate will be resilient and have experience processing payroll using ADP payroll software. This is full time opportunity with a great organization.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Processes weekly payroll for all employee groups; performs complex payroll calculations including certified payroll. Manage and maintain the integrity of the payroll reporting software systems. Verifies information receivedfrom employees on relevant company forms; audits, corrects and balances payroll and a variety of reports. Processesadjustments; enters information into the payroll system, researches and resolves discrepancies. Coordinates the distribution and/or mailing of payroll checks and statements. Produces and disseminates payroll reports weekly and semi-monthly. Other tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS: 3 years hands on payroll processing experience is required. Proven skills in ADP Payroll is required. Strong technical skills with Microsoft Excel (candidates will be tested). Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, concise and effective manner verbally. Decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Demonstrated 10-key by touch.
