We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a high-performing department within our Sacramento-based client’s organization. This role delivers advanced administrative, operational, and project coordination support in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, adept at managing complex workflows, and confident partnering with leaders, staff, and cross-functional teams.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build effective working relationships across teams by sharing information, seeking feedback, mentoring less-experienced staff, and adapting to changing priorities and non-routine situations.
- Complete routine and varied work assignments by following established procedures, collaborating on solutions to issues, escalating risks when needed, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
- Prepare and distribute presentations, reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other materials; maintain organized department files; and use software systems to retrieve information and produce accurate documentation.
- Support departmental workflow by responding to requests, assisting with problem-solving, managing office supplies and equipment, handling communications, processing timecards, and helping with onboarding activities.
- Assist with meeting and event coordination by scheduling, preparing materials, arranging logistics, securing rooms and equipment, coordinating travel, and providing on-site support; perform basic data maintenance and analysis to ensure accuracy and integrity of departmental information.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent) required, with 2+ years of experience in communications, business, healthcare, or a related field, or 3–4 years of experience in a corporate or business office environment.
- Advanced administrative experience supporting leaders, teams, or complex operations; healthcare experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to prepare clear documents, presentations, and correspondence.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working with databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, team-based environment.
