Our client a well-established, driven organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support multiple divisions in a hybrid capacity. This is a high-impact role for a strategic and hands-on HR leader who excels in talent development, employee relations, and building high-performing teams.
The Human Resources Manager serves as a trusted business partner responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting and selection to performance management and culture-building. This role works closely with leadership to strengthen organizational capability, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws.
- Salary : Up to $110,000 + Bonus (DOE)
- Hybrid: Located in LODI CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition efforts, including interviewing and coaching hiring managers.
- Develop and implement strategies to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and employees on performance, development, and policy interpretation.
- Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, reviews, and corrective action plans.
- Support a positive, collaborative culture through engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and all applicable employment laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of HR generalist experience, with strong emphasis on employee relations and talent management.
- Strong working knowledge of recruiting systems, HR platforms, and HR best practices.
- Extensive knowledge of federal and California employment laws.
- Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or similar certification highly desirable.
