Job Description
Pacific Staffing is recruiting a talented Marketing Manager to lead a visionary team of an upscale development company effectively implementing successful marketing strategies. This is a direct hire, on-site position in the Sacramento area and our client offers a collaborative and upbeat work environment! We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales, projects and campaigns and manage a team. Pay: $80,000-$105,000 DOE.
The ideal candidate is a marketing leader with proven results in concept creation, design and product marketing with management of projects and team in construction or real estate.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and manage marketing analytics to ensure ROI.
- Uphold brand standards across marketing plans, budgets, and deliverables.
- Oversee website management, including social media direction, campaigns, maintenance, and lead generation.
- Engage with the communications/public relations department to align all communications with brand and corporate standards.
- Coordinate and manage vendor activities for internal events.
- Manage, coordinate, and attend external special events, community activities, and on-site events.
- Enforce strict adherence to brand standards, guidelines, and disclosures across all partners.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and feedback to marketing professionals to foster team engagement.
- Collaborate on public relations efforts to enhance brand reputation and drive traffic to communities and the website.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s degree in a related marketing field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of corporate marketing leadership experience.
- Construction or Real Estate industry marketing experience.
- Graphic Design, Digital Marketing and Email campaign experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to mentor individuals and teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good judgment and decision-making abilities.
