We are recruiting a proven successful Senior Marketing & Brand Strategy Specialist to join an esteemed national consulting firm. The Senior Marketing & Brand Strategy Specialist holds a key role focused on building and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, hands on campaign management, collaboration with executive stakeholders, and acts as a point person for external partners. This position is a hybrid schedule with a unique opportunity to join a successful industry trailblazer.

Pay: $100k - $120k. 

The ideal candidate is a top-performing marketing and brand strategy leader who knows how to create a vision for the organization’s marketing and brand strategy, with a high level of competency in hands-on project execution and stakeholder collaboration.   Some Business Development networking involved.   Prior experience building Marketing & Branding for a Start-Up/Marketing department a plus. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Evaluate the performance of current marketing campaigns and strategies using key performance metrics.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities, client needs, and competitive trends, providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with executive leaders and departments to develop and implement strategic marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Manage public relations initiatives to enhance the firm's visibility and reputation, cultivating positive relationships with media and key stakeholders.
• Direct consulting partners with online marketing efforts, including website management, social media engagement, and online advertising, to reach and engage target audiences.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.
• Coordinate and execute firm events, sponsorships, and community outreach programs to strengthen the firm's market presence.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry regulations and ensure marketing activities are compliant.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years’ experience in a successful strategic marketing and branding senior level specialist, project management or leadership role required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing and communications or similar field preferred.
• Must have proven strategic thinking, planning, translate complex ideas into understandable information, provide prior KPI’s and OKR’s, Project Management and high-level technology proficiency across multiple marketing platforms.
• Technology proficiency in Writing and Content Creation, Digital Advertising, SEO, social media, Email Marketing/Marketing Automation, PR/Media Relations and Traditional Advertising.
• Strategic brand creation, awareness, and building, including networking and high-profile event presence.
