We are recruiting a dynamic Director of Marketing and Brand Strategy to join an esteemed national consulting firm. The Director of Marketing and Brand Strategy has a key role focused on developing and executing comprehensive marketing and branding strategies, campaign oversight, collaboration with stakeholders, and acts as a point person for external partners. This position is a hybrid schedule with a unique opportunity to join a successful industry trailblazer. Pay: $130k - $150k. 

The ideal candidate is a top-performing marketing leader who knows how to create a vision for the organization’s marketing and brand strategy, with a high level of competency in project and stakeholder management.  Preferred industry experience from professional services (Finance, CPA, Legal).


  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with the firm's objectives, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand message.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, foster collaboration, and creativity to achieve marketing and branding objectives.
  • Oversee brand development, ensuring brand consistency across all channels and materials.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities, client needs, and competitive trends, providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage public relations initiatives to enhance the firm's visibility and reputation, cultivating positive relationships with media and key stakeholders.
  • Direct online marketing efforts, including website management, social media engagement, and online advertising, to reach and engage target audiences.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.
  • Coordinate and execute firm events, sponsorships, and community outreach programs to strengthen the firm's market presence.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to develop client-focused marketing initiatives, enhancing client retention and loyalty.
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry regulations and ensure marketing activities are compliant.


  • 5+ years’ experience in a successful strategic marketing and branding leadership role.
  • 3+ years’ experience in CPA, Finance or Legal industry preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing and communications or similar field preferred.
  • Must have proven strategic thinking, planning, translate complex ideas into understandable information, provide prior KPI’s and OKR’s, Project Management and high-level technology proficiency across multiple marketing platforms.
  • Technology proficiency in Writing and Content Creation, Digital Advertising, SEO, social media, Email Marketing/Marketing Automation, PR/Media Relations and Traditional Advertising.
  • Strategic brand creation, awareness and building, including networking and high-profile event presence.
