Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of commercial real estate loans, including escrow, documentation, funding, and post-closing administration.
- Ensure compliance with loan covenants, lender reporting requirements, and financial documentation standards.
- Track covenants, performance metrics, and lender communications; identify and mitigate risk exposures.
- Review appraisals, title reports, legal documents, and closing packages for accuracy.
- Lead property tax evaluation, payment coordination, and appeal processes.
- Maintain complete electronic and physical loan files and track all active financing transactions.
- Prepare and submit lender deliverables and support executive leadership on financing initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in loan operations, loan closing, portfolio analysis, or commercial real estate finance.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred experience with commercial banking, Yardi, QuickBooks, LaserPro, or real estate valuation/tax processes.
