Responsibilities: Review files to verify accuracy and completion. Audit files and request additional information if needed. Prepare necessary documents. Follow up with lenders via phone and email to ensure all steps of process are completed. Partner with lenders to coordinate process and answer inquiries as need. Data processing of information into Excel and other appropriate software. Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status and progress of their loan.
Requirements: 3-4+ years Loan Processing experience, preferably with commercial banking or SBA (Small Business Administration) lender. Strong Microsoft Office proficiency: MS Outlook, MS Word & MS Excel (mail-merge & formulas). Experience with Commercial Real Estate lending and/or SBA loans is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy is required. Must have solid analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent interpersonal and B2B customer service skills. Flexibility to navigate and adapt to change in a busy environment. Must be able to clear criminal background and credit check.
