Inside Sales Representative
Responsibilities: Provide standard price book product information to customers. Prepare equipment quotations and enter/submit orders for aftermarket parts. Perform inquiries on aftermarket inventory levels. Process credit approvals. Expedite customer orders and serve as the primary liaison between sales managers and factories, providing updated order availability/delivery information. Initiate invoicing for orders. Maintain all paperwork and ensure POs, orders, quotes, etc. Are maintained to ensure prompt customer follow-up and compliance with company procedures. Manage inventory of new and used machines. Responsible for phone sales of call-in and walk-in customers, including sellingsmall products and referring leads to outside sales people, as appropriate.
Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of relevant sales support experience or 2-3 years strong customer service in manufacturing or auto parts industry. Bachelor's Degree in business or relevant technical field preferred. Experience in automotive parts, industrial parts, dealership service, or appliance parts is a plus. Self-directed and able to use good judgement. Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Proficiency in IBM Lotus Notes applications preferred.
