Candidates must have constructionPM or industrial PM experience. Responsibilities: Ensureprojects are on schedule and within budget. Manage field operations. Collaborate with project construction team andother departments. Review project estimate and bid documents. Anticipate project needs with sufficient lead-time toavoid delay. Determine project staffing needs, project schedules and estimated job cost. Oversee coordination of project staff to outline work plans and assign duties and responsibilities. Prepare project reports as needed. Ensure safety and regulation compliance. Manage subcontractors, clients and engineers. Establish and maintain relationships with contracting and regulatory agencies, third parties, project management staff & executive management. Coordinate meetings with the superintendents and project engineers and any other necessary parties. Provide project summary and review report after project completion.

Requirements: Minimum 5+ years' construction related project management experience. Bachelor's degree; PMI Certification preferred. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Excellent presentation skills and ability to respondto questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project. Knowledge of engineering/construction principles, techniques, materials, applications, and practices required. Familiarity with Construction estimating, Cost/project controls, and Schedule management. Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
