We are recruiting for a Human Resources Information Systems Analyst for a growing national organization. This is a 100% remote opportunity. The Human Resources Operations Manager reports to a highly regarded Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and serves as a strategic human resources leader. This role will be responsible for HRIS, benefits management and administration, compliance training, immigration processing, compensation management, performance review management, onboarding, policy implementation, safety, and employment law compliance. The ideal candidate will be strong with HRIS management and have Paycom experience.  Salary: $90k-$100k DOE.




RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Partner with HR functional teams, HR business partners, external vendors, and Finance teams to prioritize and schedule improvements in the HR systems that will simplify and automate HR processes. 
  • Serve as Product Manager for the Human Capital Platform (e.G., Paycom); and lead the analysis, design, and implementation of an HR Shared Services model. 
  • Shared Services design leadership consists of assessing in partnership with HR functional leaders and business unit leaders, current processes, and roles to define a new team / process model that streamlines the employee and manager experience across the full employee life cycle from recruiting to post-employment management. 
  • Manage the day-to-day operations, strategy and planning of the department including maintaining department priorities, internal and external communication, reporting, and analysis relating to the department, cross-company collaborations as well as special projects at the request of the CHRO. 
  • Direct and mentor the HR Operations team (one direct report). 
  • Resolve policy and process issues across HR functions. 
  • Ensure HR operational processes stay current with local and national regulations (in collaboration with outside legal counsel). 
  • Analyze and streamline current operational and system processes to remove inefficiencies and improve data quality and reporting accuracy. 
  • Work with HR external vendors to assess and implement system improvements.


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • BA/BS degree required in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration/Business Management, or related discipline. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Experience streamlining HR processes. 
  • Strong knowledge within Microsoft Office, including expertise within Excel and experience with Microsoft Outlook and PowerPoint. 
  • PHR or SHRM-CP desired.  
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively analyze and present data. 
  • Strong project management skills: the ability to lead projects, motivate teams, and drive execution to the achievement of the right results. 
  • Consultative skills: the ability to build strong partnerships and to influence without authority, confidently, effectively, and collaboratively. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. 
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
