Human Resources Generalist with Employee Relations
Responsibilities: Manage complex and routine HR Generalist services for the organization. Accurately process employment records including new hires, terminations and personnel action forms. Process and monitor workers' compensation claims and leaves of absence. Assist with recruitment efforts, retention and development of staff. Update employee information and maintain ADP system.
Requirements: BA or equivalent in Human Resources management, public administration, psychology or similar field. Three to five years of experience working in Human Resources; at least two years as a Generalist. HR certification preferred. Demonstrated employee relations experience. Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll program. Excellent verbal and written skills. Savvy people and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of HR industry trends and employment legislation. Demonstrate a commitment to recognize and respect the many forms of diversity.
