We are recruiting a dynamic Human Resources Generalist to join a longstanding company with a good reputation located in Downtown Sacramento. This is an on-site position, and our client offers an exceptional benefits package and a positive corporate culture.
Responsibilities:
- Process biweekly payroll in Paylocity.
- Assist with Employee relations and On-boarding of employees.
- Recruiting functions including - posting positions to various job sites, screening candidates, drug testing & background check administration.
- Benefits administration including workers Comp claims, LOA (monitoring & tracking) and Open enrollment.
- Assist with general communication and HR related documents.
- Manage applicant tracking as well as data entry in the HR Database.
- Ensure timely HR communication and follow-up on all HR matters, internal and external questions, requests, and issues.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ related experience in an HR Generalist role including recruiting.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Detailed-oriented and highly organized.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field preferred.
- HR certification highly preferred
Salary: $80K-$90K (DOE) plus 10% bonus. Parking and Lunch also provided by client.
