Pacific Staffing is recruiting an experienced Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to join an organization that prioritizes employee well-being. The Human Resource Generalist will be responsible for recruitment, compensation, benefits, leave, reporting, and administration of company policies. This is a hybrid schedule with 100% employee only benefits including an Education Assistant Program for certifications.  Pay: $31 - $46/hr., DOE.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage efficient Human Resources processes.
• Administer the Employee Recognition Program.
• Handle and coordinate comprehensive healthcare and ancillary benefits.
• Implement and promote employee 401(k) match program.
• Facilitate the company volunteer service program.
• Support career pathing and growth initiatives, including tuition reimbursement for job-related education.
• Administer the Employee Assistance Program, offering confidential counseling, financial advice, discounts, and crisis support for the entire household.
• Ensure timely weekly payroll processing.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years’ related experience in Human Resources.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Management of employee relations experience.
• HR certification preferred.
• Must be available to work onsite a minimum of 4 days per week, 5 days preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
