Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Director for a large professional service organization with national presence. This is a hybrid role, and our client was voted one of the best places to work! Our client offers a fun, entrepreneurial and collaborative work environment. The HR Director will have three HR Business Partner direct reports.   The ideal candidate will have strong employee relations and training and development experience. Salary: $150k-160k DOE. 


RESPONSIBILITIES :
  • Partner with operational leadership to execute strategies that inspire employees to reach their full potential as well as support regional goals.
  • Consult, advise and partner with leadership on performance management and more complex employee relations matters.
  • Develop, recommend, and implement strategies and initiatives that support the organization's operational needs in leadership selection, talent management, and employee development.
  • Provide consultancy, advice and coaching to managers as appropriate.
  • Counsel and facilitate change management within designated groups.
  • Proactively identify talent management opportunities and workforce projections to support growth.
  • Coordinate and deliver training to leaders and employees on human resources related topics.
  • Serve as trusted advisor and valued business partner to operational business partners.
  • Evaluate and analyze data and metrics from HR/operations reports to determine opportunities or impacts to the company.
  • Drive employee centric culture including management and employee development initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as required.


QUALIFICATIONS :
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years in Human Resources or related field.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field and/or Human Resources required.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of using good judgment and discretion in handling HR accountabilities.
  • Strong dependability with an ability to follow through and meet commitments.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to organize work, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Able to be a self-starter and take initiative to perform duties independently as well as in a team.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local requirements and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience with HRIS systems.
