We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing company based in Sacramento. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a collaborative team while supporting key HR initiatives across the organization.
Salary : $110,000-$120,000 DOE
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and provide guidance on key initiatives.
- Address employee relations issues, manage leave of absence processes, and ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
- Support programs related to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture and support organizational change through best practices and continuous improvement.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field with at least 5 years of employee relations or HR experience; PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and EEO.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, project management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- High integrity, discretion, and ability to build strong partnerships across all organizational levels.
