Human Resources Business Partner - Direct Hire
Responsibilities: Review and analyze systems, processes, tools, resources and data for the purposes of improving business outcomes via cost savings, process improvements and compliance. Actively cultivate and promote high employee engagement. Initiate, plan and implement special projects and events, trainings and meetings. Research, recommend and draft policies, procedures and protocols. Establish and maintain current industry knowledge, HR compliance requirements and best practices.
Requirements: 4-6 years of HRBP experience. Bachelor's Degree in business/HR or related field. PHR Certification a plus. Strong ability to build rapport and relationships with all levels of employees. Demonstrated experience in employee relations. Working knowledge of CA employment laws. Highly organized, able to prioritize and apply critical thinking. Ability to travel 10%-20% of the time. Positive and effective communication and problem solving skills.
