Job Description

We are searching for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner for a growing organization in the Roseville area. This position will report to a dynamic HR leader who enjoys mentoring and teaching. Our client has excellent benefits and a collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate will be well versed in employee relations, leaves of absence and recruitment. Must be able to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities: Review and analyze systems, processes, tools, resources and data for the purposes of improving business outcomes via cost savings, process improvements and compliance. Actively cultivate and promote high employee engagement. Initiate, plan and implement special projects and events, trainings and meetings. Research, recommend and draft policies, procedures and protocols. Establish and maintain current industry knowledge, HR compliance requirements and best practices.

Requirements: 4-6 years of HRBP experience. Bachelor's Degree in business/HR or related field. PHR Certification a plus. Strong ability to build rapport and relationships with all levels of employees. Demonstrated experience in employee relations. Working knowledge of CA employment laws. Highly organized, able to prioritize and apply critical thinking. Ability to travel 10%-20% of the time. Positive and effective communicationand problem solving skills.
