We are recruiting for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with a strong employee relations background to join a professional services organization in Roseville, CA. This position is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly collaborative and competent Human Resources department. The HRBP is responsible for supporting by advising on HR policies and practices, employee relations, employee engagement, performance management, and general HR inquiries. Salary: $115,000-$125,000 DOE.
The qualified candidate will have five years of HR generalist and employee relations experience. HR certification with strong knowledge of labor laws and leave of absence management experience is required.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a strategic consultant to executive leadership. Collaborate to design and implement forward-thinking HR initiatives that drive business success.
- Provide expert consultation on organizational development to ensure sustainable growth and operational excellence.
- Develop and execute robust talent management strategies, including succession planning, workforce planning, and leadership development.
- Utilize advanced HR analytics to identify trends, forecast workforce needs, and provide data-driven insights to executive leadership.
- Drive a high-performance culture by implementing processes that enhance accountability, productivity, and leadership effectiveness.
- Manage complex employee relations issues and investigations.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Lead efforts to enhance employee engagement and morale.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years progressive responsibility in human resources is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- HR Certification is a plus.
- Strong professionalism and exceptional stakeholder management skills to partner with all levels of employees.
- Good understanding of employment law and clear judgment on when to escalate matters.
- Ability to form strategic partnerships with senior leadership.
- Strong knowledge of laws, rules, regulations, case law, principles, and practices related to employee conduct, performance, and dispute resolution.
- Demonstrated solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business.
- Solid project management and change management experience.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively analyze data and provide recommendations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Must possess discretion and a strong sense of confidentiality.
