An established organization in the Roseville area is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to join their busy HR team. This role could be contract to hire for the right candidate! The schedule is hybrid, with 2 days onsite, and 3 days remote. This position will nurture relationships with prospective talent, develop candidate pipelines, research, assess and identify new and innovative strategies and tools for recruiting great talent and manage business relationships with internal clients. The ideal candidate will have a strategic recruiting mindset with strong candidate sourcing skills. Pay: $30-$40/hour DOE.
Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Screen resumes, interview candidates, administer appropriate assessments and reference/background checks, make recommendations for hire, and deliver employment offers.
Manage advertising budget for creative and strategic sourcing, passive and active candidates
Research and source active and passive candidates.
Create and manage job advertisements and internal job descriptions.
Manage the job offers including negotiation and administration, through onboarding.
Manage activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Manage application/resume file and retention according to company policy.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Two years of full cycle recruiting experience. Healthcare recruitment experience highly desired.
College degree preferred.
Experience with ATS systems, common recruitment applications, online programs, and tools.
Ability to recruit for all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated experience in candidate sourcing solutions.
Knowledge of relevant state and federal employment laws and legislation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build relationships.
Strong follow up skills.
Excellent negotiation skills.
