Pacific Staffing is partnering with our Northern CA client to identify a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, modeling, and reporting within a growing financial services organization. This hybrid role is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional who excels at analyzing financial statements, building projections, developing financial models, and presenting insights to both financial and non-financial audiences. The Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting monthly close processes, tracking KPIs, and providing analytical guidance to project teams and leadership. - $90,000–$115,000/year (DOE)
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Track KPIs and prepare financial reports for leadership.
- Assist with budgeting and monthly close processes.
- Understand key business drivers and provide financial guidance to project teams.
- Develop financial projections and build financial models.
- Conduct research and analysis as needed.
- Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and legal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
- Ability to present financial information to non-financial audiences.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with financial systems preferred.
- Financial services experience preferred.
