We are seeking a forward-thinking Executive Assistant to support the C-Suite Executive of an esteemed national consulting firm. This is onsite in Folsom. Salary: $80,000-$95,000 DOE
The qualified candidate will have five years of experience as an Executive Assistant experience to C-suite executives. Proven experience supporting busy executives with calendaring, travel arrangements and meeting planning/coordination is required.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide complex administrative support for the executive and other department heads as needed.
- Proactively manage the executive's calendar, scheduling internal and external meetings, appointments, and calls, ensuring time conflicts are avoided.
- Anticipate the needs of the executives and proactively address issues or concerns before they arise.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to appropriate parties or providing concise summaries.
- Coordinate all aspects of business travel including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and preparing itineraries.
- Prepare meeting agendas, gather relevant materials, and take detailed minutes.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, including confidential documents, ensuring easy access.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Process and submit expense reports on behalf of the executive.
- Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines, coordinating with stakeholders, and following up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and always maintain strict confidentiality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant to C-Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Advanced with MS Office - Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel.
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.

- Must be available to work full time onsite.
