Pacific Staffing is partnering with our downtown Sacramento based client to identify a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant for a strictly temporary 2–3 month assignment. This hybrid role is ideal for an administrative professional who excels in scheduling, document management, communication, and supporting cross-departmental initiatives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
The Executive Assistant will coordinate meetings and events, manage confidential information, prepare administrative documents, and ensure smooth daily operations throughout the assignment.
- Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour (DOE)
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to leadership and department staff.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, trainings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and send follow-up communications.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Create reports, forms, surveys, and other administrative documents.
- Organize and maintain electronic files and records.
- Process purchase orders, expenses, and general administrative paperwork.
- Assist with budget tracking, recordkeeping, and documentation accuracy.
- Respond to information requests and gather needed materials or resources.
- Support internal websites, employee groups, and committee activities.
- Serve as a liaison between departments, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
