Job Description
Pacific Staffing is recruiting for an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to join a nonprofit organization in the Sacramento area. The Executive Administrative Assistant will support the CEO with advanced level administrative support, systems administration (and reports) and coordinate complex schedules. This is a great onsite, Direct Hire opportunity. Pay: $70k -$75k.

The ideal candidate will have Executive Assistant experience supporting the CEO or C-suite leadership with complex and high-level confidentiality, scheduling, and advanced knowledge of MS office applications.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plans and schedules meetings and appointments and ensures the CEO is briefed and prepared prior to meetings.
- Prepares and edits correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Manage multiple project timelines simultaneously and collaborate with team members to ensure all deliverables are met.
- Provides general support to the CEO including travel arrangements, scheduling, and maintaining calendar and running errands as needed.
- Takes and transcribes dictation, and composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents.
- Directs preparation of records such as agenda, notices, minutes, and resolutions for leadership meetings.
- Actively drive assigned initiatives and enable successful deployment of programs and projects.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to a CEO required.
- 1+ years’ experience coordinating and providing support to large complex projects.
- Advanced MS Office – Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent Oral and Written skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality is critical.
- High School Diploma or similar required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Critical thinking skills with a proven attention to detail.
