Pacific Staffing is partnering with our Rocklin, CA based client to identify a highly organized and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support multiple senior C-level leaders in a fast-paced corporate environment. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a proactive professional who excels in complex scheduling, communication, event coordination, and handling confidential information with sound judgment.

The Executive Assistant will manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, support budgeting tasks, assist with company events, and provide high-level administrative support that keeps operations running smoothly. This position offers competitive hourly compensation and a collaborative workplace committed to innovation and excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple senior executives.
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and handle high-volume correspondence.
  • Arrange domestic travel, logistics, and itineraries.
  • Assist with annual budget preparation and light bookkeeping tasks.
  • Plan and coordinate large company events and executive-level gatherings.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment with sensitive information.
  • Support internal and external communications with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Perform local errands as needed (valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required).
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and provide additional administrative support as assigned.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint; strong tech-savvy mindset.
  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with executives, owners, and supervisors.
  • Reliable, professional, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
