Job Description
We are recruiting for a seasoned Executive Administrative Assistant to join a progressive organization based in Sacramento. The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to multiple executives at Vice-President level and a large corporate operations department. The Executive Administrative Assistant must possess a "can-do ownership" attitude and enjoy working within an organization that is results-driven and extremely fast paced. Pay: $32-34/hour DOE.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a fast-moving environment with a variety of shifting priorities, administrative experience supporting multiple senior executives, heavy meeting coordination for executives and large department, travel arrangements, event/conference coordination and highly organized.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee all administrative needs for senior leadership and large operations department.

Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and department.

Arrange and coordinate meetings and events with external and internal staff at all levels.

Proactively manage and coordinate multiple executive leaders calendar with meetings, tasks, and follow-ups.

Comprehensive administrative support to assure the smooth running of a busy office.

Schedule follow-up activities on behalf of the executive leaders.

Responsible for handling multiple projects.

Run business errands and perform general administrative tasks.

Manage organization and planning of all business travel as needed.

Manage multiple travel scheduling, issues, conflicts, refunds, etc.

Provide supervision and mentoring to the other administrative assistants in the organization.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
-
5-7 years of administrative experience supporting multiple senior executives and department.

Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer service and response.

Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Expert level written and verbal communication skills.

Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.

Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point), MS Team Meetings.

Travel coordination in Concur preferred.
