Engineering Operations Manager
Responsibilities: Responsible for: developing field services and technical support team; improving processes; reducing costs; quality monitoring and improvements and ensuring superior customer service to clients. Drive improvement in metrics in key areas of responsibility. Responsible for planning departmental operations by establishing priorities and sequences for performance of job tasks. Effective in generating results while enhancing an environment that supports the company philosophy of Service excellence. Deploys resources to maintain successful project operation in a multi-project environment. Support all Service and field personnel regarding commercial operational and customer support matters as required.
Requirements: 5+ years' experience in Service Operations leadership within a technology or engineering related organization preferred. BA Degree in Business, Project Management or relative field preferred. Influential leadership in developing the Service division and their teams. Proven Strategic Planning and Implementations resulting in positive results. Excellent Written & Oral Communication skills. Solutions oriented, systems organizedand a Driver. Proven ability to promote a team oriented environment and morale. Ability to work well under pressureand tight deadlines. Must be able to provide quantifiable and proven continuous improvement & efficiencies success.
