Responsibilities: Responsible for Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, Leave of Absence, and Worker's Compensation. Manages employee benefit plans for the organization, ensuring governmental compliance. Responsible for Benefit Plans design and administration.
Requirements: Five years' related experience. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and administer human resources programs. Knowledge of medical, dental, vision, life, disability and long term care and other non-pension related benefits is required. Strong skills to effectively lead change and transition. Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
