We are seeking a Marketing Director to join a highly respected national consulting firm. Our client is a premier organization known for delivering exceptional service, cutting-edge tools, and industry expertise to both clients and employees. The Marketing Director will lead the company's marketing initiatives, overseeing strategy development and execution, driving client retention, supporting sales efforts, and collaborating across departments to maintain a strong and cohesive brand presence.
Salary: $130,000-$150,000 DOE.
The qualified candidate will have at least eight years of experience in a strategic marketing leadership role, with a background in Finance, CPA, or Legal industries. A deep understanding of digital marketing, data analytics, and creative campaign development is essential.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with the company’s objectives, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand message to further strengthen market competitiveness and brand growth.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, foster collaboration, and creativity to achieve marketing and branding objectives.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities, client needs, and competitive trends, and analyze the efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies, providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all channels including digital, print, social media, and events.
• Direct online marketing efforts, including website management, social media engagement, and online advertising, to reach and engage target audiences and establish positive public relations.
• Oversee the creation, execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Coordinate and execute firm events, sponsorships, and community outreach programs to strengthen the firm's market presence.
• Update leadership regarding the progress of marketing activities and provide data backed performance metrics to report on results of campaigns and marketing efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• 8+ years’ experience in a successful strategic marketing and branding leadership role.
• 3+ years’ experience in CPA, Finance or Legal industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business preferred but not required.
• Experience with content design tools is a plus (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.).
• Experience with Marketing Management tools is a plus (HubSpot, Pardot, MailChimp, Hootsuite, etc.).
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, working effectively with minimal supervision, whether onsite, in a hybrid setting or fully remote.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan, and organize activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong analytical skills and reasoning abilities.
• Capable of handling sensitive data with confidentiality and discretion.
