Pacific Staffing is partnering with our Rancho Cordova CA based client to identify a hands-on, detail-driven Controller to lead accounting operations and strengthen financial management during the organization’s next stage of growth. Our client is an established, multi-discipline professional services firm known for its collaborative culture, long-tenured technical teams, and commitment to high-quality engineering work. Employees enjoy a stable environment, meaningful project impact across healthcare, education, civic facilities, and commercial development, and a leadership team that values transparency, accountability, and professional development.
The Controller will play a critical role in building the financial operating system that supports continued expansion while maintaining strong profitability, a healthy culture, and exceptional client service. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting leader who understands project-based accounting, enjoys improving systems, and excels at helping technical teams make better business decisions. It is a hands-on accounting leadership role, not a CFO or capital-markets position.
