We are seeking a Contract Recruiter to support our Sacramento based client’s growing Talent Acquisition team. This role is essential in attracting skilled, high impact talent across a rapidly expanding manufacturing and operations environment. We’re looking for a driven, relationship focused recruiting professional who thrives in fast paced, high volume hiring and excels at partnering with managers to deliver strong candidates and a seamless hiring experience.

- Pay: $40-$50 per hour (DOE)
- 100% on site
- 4-6 months contract to possible hire.
Responsibilities
- Lead end to end recruiting efforts for roles in manufacturing, operations, skilled trades, and engineering.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and shape effective recruiting strategies.
- Identify, engage, and assess candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support ongoing high volume and technical hiring demands.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by refining recruiting workflows and supporting team initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of full cycle recruiting experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high requisition load.
- Strong communication skills and proven success collaborating with hiring managers.
- Background in manufacturing, industrial, skilled trades, or technical recruiting preferred.
- Experience with modern recruiting tools and ATS platforms.
- Knowledge of California hiring practices.
